Job Summary
Data-driven and detail-oriented, the full-time Marketing Operations Manager will optimize marketing automation and lifecycle marketing processes while managing cross-functional initiatives and performance analytics in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Generate and report on performance metrics across all marketing channels to derive insights and recommend improvements
- Own and manage marketing automation platforms and lifecycle marketing workflows, ensuring effective execution and optimization
- Coordinate cross-functional calls to maintain alignment and operational cadence across the go-to-market organization
Required qualifications

- 3+ years of experience in marketing operations or related roles

- Proficiency in project management tools, specifically Asana
