Job Summary

Focused on enhancing operational efficiency, the full-time remote Marketing Operations Manager will manage lead routing workflows, improve marketing operational processes across various platforms, and support data-driven decision-making through reporting and analysis.

Key responsibilities
  • Own and enhance lead routing workflows, ensuring data quality and reliable handoffs
  • Manage operational improvements across Salesforce, HubSpot, and the marketing tech stack
  • Support marketing reporting and improve visibility into pipeline performance through data analysis
Required qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience in Marketing Operations, Revenue Operations, or GTM Systems roles at B2B organizations
  • Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce and HubSpot, including workflows and data hygiene
  • Experience managing lead routing processes and B2B funnel reporting
  • Proven ability to prioritize and improve systems in a fast-paced environment
  • Curiosity for using AI workflows to enhance marketing operations
