Job Summary
Focused on enhancing operational efficiency, the full-time remote Marketing Operations Manager will manage lead routing workflows, improve marketing operational processes across various platforms, and support data-driven decision-making through reporting and analysis.
Key responsibilities
- Own and enhance lead routing workflows, ensuring data quality and reliable handoffs
- Manage operational improvements across Salesforce, HubSpot, and the marketing tech stack
- Support marketing reporting and improve visibility into pipeline performance through data analysis
Required qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in Marketing Operations, Revenue Operations, or GTM Systems roles at B2B organizations
- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce and HubSpot, including workflows and data hygiene
- Experience managing lead routing processes and B2B funnel reporting
- Proven ability to prioritize and improve systems in a fast-paced environment
- Curiosity for using AI workflows to enhance marketing operations
