Job Summary
To support the marketing team, the full-time Marketing Operations Manager will manage the martech stack, oversee data reporting and launch operations, and act as a Chief of Staff to ensure effective planning and cross-functional collaboration in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Own the day-to-day management of the marketing technology stack and ensure its effective use
- Build and maintain dashboards for marketing performance metrics and oversee the launch calendar
- Facilitate quarterly planning and track goals, ensuring alignment across the marketing team and other departments
Required qualifications
- 4-6 years of experience in marketing operations, growth/biz ops, or a chief-of-staff role, preferably in consumer, DTC, beauty, or CPG
- Hands-on experience with modern martech tools, including email/CRM and e-commerce platforms
- Strong skills in spreadsheet and dashboard creation without requiring extensive guidance
- Proficiency in project management tools and a solid understanding of the discipline behind them
- A proven track record of managing complex, cross-functional projects or launches from start to finish
