Job Summary
Owning the systems and processes that drive marketing efficiency, the full-time Marketing Operations Manager will manage marketing automation platforms, ensure data integrity, and support campaign execution while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Administer the marketing automation platform, including list management, workflow automation, and data integration with CRM and event platforms
- Build and manage campaign infrastructure, ensuring proper tracking and segmentation for various marketing initiatives
- Develop and maintain marketing dashboards and reports to track performance metrics and attribution across the buyer journey
Required qualifications
- 4+ years of marketing operations experience in B2B fintech, financial services, or high-growth technology environments
- Hands-on expertise with HubSpot or similar marketing automation platforms, including workflows and reporting
- Solid knowledge of Salesforce CRM, including field mapping and campaign influence reporting
- Strong understanding of campaign tracking fundamentals and experience building marketing dashboards
- Able to manage multiple projects independently in a fast-paced, fully remote environment
