Job Summary
To support a growing marketing team, the full-time remote Marketing Operations Manager will manage marketing technology administration, reporting, and process development while ensuring data governance and integration across systems.
Key responsibilities
- Administer and integrate marketing tools like HubSpot and ON24, ensuring clean data flows with Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Develop and maintain dashboards and performance reports that align marketing activities with business outcomes
- Identify operational gaps and design scalable processes, while leveraging AI tools to enhance productivity and campaign efficiency
Required qualifications
- 4-6+ years of hands-on marketing operations experience, particularly with HubSpot and CRM platforms
- Proven experience in building integrations between marketing and sales systems
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to develop insightful reports and dashboards
- Experience implementing AI tools to improve marketing workflows
- Familiarity with B2B go-to-market strategies and operational infrastructure
