Job Summary
To support a growing marketing team, the full-time Marketing Operations Manager will execute and optimize marketing systems, manage campaigns in Marketo, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to drive pipeline growth in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Build, QA, and launch Marketo programs for various campaign types, ensuring operational standards and campaign health
- Manage database hygiene initiatives and audience segmentation while supporting compliance with email regulations
- Document processes and identify opportunities for automation and workflow improvements to enhance marketing operations
Required qualifications
- 3-5+ years of experience in Marketing Operations or Marketing Automation, preferably in B2B SaaS
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Marketo, including program builds and operational management
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce CRM and troubleshooting Marketo-Salesforce sync issues
- Experience with audience segmentation and lead lifecycle management concepts
- Familiarity with email compliance regulations such as GDPR and CAN-SPAM
