Job Summary
Owning the systems and processes behind marketing and sales engagement, the full-time Marketing Operations Manager will serve as the primary HubSpot administrator, manage campaign execution, and oversee marketing analytics while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the HubSpot portal, including workflows, automations, and campaign assets
- Build and launch marketing campaigns from inception to post-launch reporting
- Maintain data hygiene and process alignment between HubSpot and Salesforce, ensuring accurate attribution
Required qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in marketing operations with hands-on HubSpot administration
- Working knowledge of Salesforce and CRM data structure
- Experience managing a website in WordPress or a comparable CMS
- Familiarity with financial services and B2B audiences in asset management or related sectors
- Strong analytical skills for interpreting campaign and engagement data
