Job Summary
Experienced marketers will find a full-time remote opportunity as a Marketing Operations Manager, responsible for designing and managing multi-touch attribution models, implementing AI-powered tools for marketing automation, and overseeing integrations within the marketing tech stack.
Key responsibilities
- Own the design and management of multi-touch marketing attribution models tracking the full prospect journey
- Identify and implement AI-powered tools for reporting automation and lead management to enhance marketing operations
- Create and manage reports and dashboards to provide visibility into marketing attribution and pipeline activity
Required qualifications
- 5+ years in marketing operations and/or digital marketing
- HubSpot CRM experience required
- Experience leveraging GA4 (Google Analytics 4) for cross-channel tracking and attribution
- Strategic thinker with a desire to own the marketing operations function
- Startup environment/SaaS experience preferred
