Job Summary

To support the execution of the NFL launch, the full-time contract Marketing Operations Manager will manage operational infrastructure, ensure cross-functional alignment, and track campaign performance remotely through the NFL season.

Key responsibilities
  • Own the operational execution framework for the NFL launch after strategy and channel plans are finalized
  • Build and maintain project plans, timelines, documentation, and operational playbooks
  • Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders and manage campaign handoffs across marketing teams
Required qualifications
  • Extensive experience in Marketing Operations, Integrated Marketing, Program Management, or Campaign Operations
  • Proven ability to manage large, cross-functional marketing launches with multiple stakeholders
  • Experience building scalable marketing processes, documentation, and operational workflows
  • Comfortable establishing reporting frameworks and tracking KPIs
  • Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment
