Job Summary
Enabling the Growth Marketing organization to execute efficiently, the full-time remote Marketing Operations Manager will manage marketing technology, oversee campaign tracking and measurement, and coordinate cross-functional operations to ensure effective campaign execution and business decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the operational steward of the marketing technology ecosystem and partner with channel owners to optimize platforms and integrations
- Own governance for campaign tracking and marketing data quality while leading QA for marketing tracking across channels
- Translate Growth Marketing requirements into technical specifications and develop repeatable operational processes that enhance execution and scalability
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Marketing Operations, Growth Operations, or Marketing Technology supporting DTC ecommerce or growth marketing organizations
- Hands-on experience with marketing technology platforms and measurement tools such as Iterable, GA4, and Google Tag Manager
- Strong understanding of campaign tracking, event instrumentation, and marketing data quality best practices
- Experience partnering with cross-functional teams, including Product, Engineering, and Analytics, to deliver marketing technology initiatives
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
