Marketing Operations Producer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Producer, Marketing Operations (Product Showcase) on a fixed-term 6-month contract.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce in-person, hybrid, and virtual events, managing all technical and logistical aspects
• Scope project requirements and coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure alignment and progress
• Build and maintain project plans and schedules, tracking progress and updates for stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience producing large-scale events or live activations
• Experience collaborating with product marketing and integrated marketing teams
• Familiarity with creative workflows and project management tools, such as Asana
• Ability to work under pressure and solve problems autonomously
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
