Job Summary

A company is looking for a Marketing Operations Program Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead complex, multi-stakeholder programs focused on marketing operations transformation from strategy to execution
  • Act as the power user and SME for Adobe Experience Cloud products, driving implementation and optimization of marketing automation workflows
  • Redesign and standardize marketing operational processes for scale, championing automation opportunities and best practices
Qualifications:
  • 10 to 15 years of experience in Marketing Operations, Marketing Automation, or Program Management
  • Strong hands-on knowledge of Adobe Experience Cloud, especially Adobe Campaign and Adobe Target
  • Proven track record of leading end-to-end marketing operations transformation or Martech implementation programs
  • Deep understanding of B2B or B2C marketing funnels and customer lifecycle marketing
  • Experience with Salesforce, Marketo, HubSpot, or similar marketing and CRM tools
