Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Marketing Operations and Analytics Program Manager will own the analysis that informs marketing program strategies, measure performance, and optimize workflows to drive growth.
Key responsibilities
- Build, launch, and measure marketing campaigns across automation and CRM systems, ensuring effective tracking and reporting
- Develop and maintain measurement plans with benchmarks and goals for marketing programs and campaigns
- Monitor marketing performance and attribution, providing insights and recommendations for continuous optimization across the funnel
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of B2B tech marketing experience with advanced knowledge of Hubspot, Google Analytics, and Salesforce
- Strong analytical skills with experience in web analytics, CRM tools, SQL, and Google Sheets/Excel
- Proven experience leveraging AI tools and machine learning for workflow automation and lead optimization
- Understanding of lead scoring, nurturing, segmentation, and customer management practices
- Experience with marketing automation platforms and managing data infrastructure for accurate reporting
