Job Summary
Detail-oriented and systems-minded, the full-time remote Marketing Operations Project Manager will manage the marketing technology infrastructure, ensure data integrity and compliance, drive process optimization, and coordinate project management across the Marketing team to enhance execution speed and campaign effectiveness.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the primary administrator of the marketing technology stack, focusing on HubSpot Marketing Hub and its integrations
- Own marketing data governance and compliance, ensuring alignment with privacy regulations and maintaining data integrity across platforms
- Design and maintain marketing dashboards and reporting infrastructure to track KPIs and provide actionable insights
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in marketing operations, marketing technology, or a related role
- Hands-on expertise with HubSpot Marketing Hub, including workflows, forms, and reporting
- Proficiency with project management platforms, preferably Monday.com
- Strong understanding of compliance and data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA, CAN-SPAM)
- Solid analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights for non-technical audiences
