Job Summary
Coordinating incoming project requests, the full-time Marketing Operations Project Manager will manage creative services workflows and support day-to-day MarCom operations in a national remote capacity.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage incoming requests from internal stakeholders and ensure timely triage and response to MarCom-related needs
- Oversee external approvals and coordinate creative services requests while maintaining project visibility through tracker sheets
- Provide administrative support for MarCom meetings and serve as a point of contact for internal teams to ensure transparency and alignment
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3-5 years of experience in project management, marketing operations, or a similar role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Experience collaborating on design-related or creative production projects
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools, with familiarity in project management tools and DAM systems preferred
