Job Summary
Focused on execution and project management, the temporary remote Marketing Operations Project Manager will manage timelines and task tracking in Asana, support the launch of integrated marketing campaigns, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure flawless campaign execution.
Key responsibilities
- Own timelines and task tracking in Asana to keep campaigns organized and on schedule
- Support the launch of integrated campaigns across paid media, lifecycle email marketing, and vendor partnerships
- Align internal teams, external agencies, and legal/compliance partners for asset reviews and quality assurance
Required qualifications
- 5-8 years of experience in growth marketing, marketing operations, or digital/integrated marketing
- Experience navigating compliance and legal review workflows, preferably in financial services or fintech
- Strong project management skills using Asana or similar tools
- Familiarity with HubSpot, Salesforce, and Power BI
- Solid understanding of full-funnel marketing, paid media, email lifecycle, and campaign tracking/attribution
