Job Summary

A company is looking for a Member Marketing Operations Specialist to support global member lifecycle communications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute global member lifecycle communications across email and SMS channels
  • Build campaigns in Blueshift, manage audience segmentation, and perform campaign QA
  • Collaborate with Lifecycle Marketing, GTM, and Data teams to implement campaign strategies
Required Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of experience in marketing operations, lifecycle marketing, or email marketing
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms such as Blueshift, Braze, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Strong attention to detail in managing audience segmentation and campaign processes
  • Familiarity with audience segmentation logic and large-scale datasets
  • Experience supporting multilingual or international marketing campaigns is preferred
