Marketing Operations Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Marketing Operations Specialist to assist with various marketing operations projects related to CRM and Marketing Automation Tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with marketing automation projects, including form and landing page creation, and data cleanup
• Support the setup and scheduling of webinars and provide expertise to marketing team members
• Perform data entry into CRM, monitor incoming leads, and recommend process improvements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field
• One year of related marketing experience preferred
• Knowledge of marketing fundamentals
• Experience with Pardot, HubSpot, and/or Marketo is a plus
• Familiarity with Salesforce and/or Microsoft Dynamics is a plus
