Job Summary

A company is looking for a Marketing Operations Specialist to manage and optimize marketing campaigns and operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end campaign execution across email, paid channels, and events
  • Maintain and optimize HubSpot workflows and integrations with other MarTech tools
  • Build and update dashboards and reports to measure campaign impact and funnel performance
Required Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of hands-on marketing operations experience in a B2B environment
  • Deep familiarity with a marketing automation platform, preferably HubSpot
  • Experience owning campaign execution workflows including setup, QA, and launch
  • Understanding of lead management, scoring models, and routing logic
  • Experience creating reports and dashboards that guide marketing decisions
