Job Summary
A company is looking for a Marketing Operations Specialist to manage and optimize marketing campaigns and operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end campaign execution across email, paid channels, and events
- Maintain and optimize HubSpot workflows and integrations with other MarTech tools
- Build and update dashboards and reports to measure campaign impact and funnel performance
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of hands-on marketing operations experience in a B2B environment
- Deep familiarity with a marketing automation platform, preferably HubSpot
- Experience owning campaign execution workflows including setup, QA, and launch
- Understanding of lead management, scoring models, and routing logic
- Experience creating reports and dashboards that guide marketing decisions
