Marketing Operations Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Marketing Operations Specialist to support their marketing team through CRM operations and campaign management.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute and manage email campaigns using Salesforce and ensure timely execution
• Manage and segment contact lists within Salesforce for accuracy and targeting
• Generate marketing reports to track performance metrics and provide insights for improvement

Required Qualifications

• Experience with email marketing and campaign automation, preferably with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Knowledge of A/B testing, list segmentation, and targeting strategies
• Familiarity with Salesforce reporting and data hygiene practices
• Technical aptitude including basic HTML/CSS for email editing and analytics tools
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
