Job Summary

A company is looking for a Marketing Operations Specialist (Paternity Leave Cover).

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and optimize operational support for the Partner Demand Center, MDF programs, and Partner Video Center
  • Design and maintain efficient internal processes to support the Partner Marketing team
  • Participate in the design of the partner marketing attribution model and build executive-ready reporting
Required Qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience in Marketing Operations, Channel Operations, or Partner Operations, preferably in B2B or SaaS environments
  • Proven experience managing partner marketing programs, including MDF and co-marketing initiatives
  • Strong cross-functional leadership skills with experience working with executives and senior stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to design attribution models and performance measurement frameworks
  • Advanced expertise in Salesforce (SFDC) and hands-on experience with Tableau and Quickbase
