Job Summary

A company is looking for a Marketing Operations Specialist to support their Media Operations team on a contract basis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and manage audiences within a B2B go-to-market platform to support paid media campaigns
  • Execute high-volume audience creation during key campaign cadences and manage incoming requests via Slack workflows
  • Validate and maintain data quality using Excel/Google Sheets and support campaign activation by syncing audiences across ad platforms
Required Qualifications
  • Strong operational discipline with the ability to execute repetitive workflows accurately
  • Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills, including VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables
  • Experience working cross-functionally and managing stakeholder requests effectively
  • Ability to translate non-technical marketing needs into structured technical execution
