Job Summary

To support a scalable, data-driven go-to-market strategy, the full-time Marketing Operations Specialist will manage the marketing technology stack, optimize marketing automation processes, and ensure seamless integration with sales operations while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Administer and optimize the marketing automation platform (HubSpot) and ensure integration with Salesforce
  • Build and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, ensuring operational readiness and adherence to brand standards
  • Maintain database health and deliver performance insights to improve revenue impact and support attribution models
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent industry experience)
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing operations or marketing automation
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot and Salesforce in a production environment
  • Experience supporting AI-driven marketing automation or optimization initiatives
  • Familiarity with lifecycle marketing and personalization frameworks
