Job Summary
To support marketing initiatives, the full-time Marketing Operations Specialist will develop and optimize communications across various channels, ensure campaign alignment and performance, and architect technical solutions while working remotely or in a hybrid capacity in Texas.
Key responsibilities
- Execute and optimize marketing campaigns across email, push, SMS, and in-app channels, ensuring timely delivery and continuous improvement
- Perform end-to-end quality assurance on campaigns, validating logic, segmentation, and personalization while resolving issues and escalating complex problems as needed
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot campaign-related inquiries and contribute to documentation for process execution and testing
Required qualifications
- A relevant degree or equivalent formal training, certification, or work experience
- 5+ years of experience in a marketing or technical role, including systems integration and CRM/email marketing
- Strong technical skills in HTML and database fundamentals, with knowledge of audience segmentation
- Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment
