Job Summary
Data-driven and results-oriented, the full-time Marketing & Campaign Operations Specialist will manage campaign execution, data workflows, and marketing performance reporting remotely, focusing on optimizing digital campaigns and enhancing marketing infrastructure.
Key responsibilities
- Support field marketing by strategizing, creating, and reporting on various digital campaigns, while optimizing campaign performance and documenting winning strategies
- Audit and manage the marketing tech stack, ensuring effective tool utilization and maintaining data hygiene between HubSpot and Salesforce
- Build and maintain dashboards to track marketing metrics and act as the primary gatekeeper for the marketing budget, translating data into strategic insights for leadership
Required qualifications
- 3-5+ years of experience in Marketing Operations, RevOps, or Growth Marketing within a B2B SaaS or technology company
- Deep familiarity with HubSpot and Salesforce, particularly in custom object mapping and workflow builders
- Proven expertise in building automated data tables and managing API connections using orchestration tools
- Strong ability to communicate technical data insights effectively to non-technical stakeholders
- Collaborative mindset with experience working across cross-functional teams globally
