Job Summary
To support a growing marketing team, the full-time Marketing Operations Specialist will manage the operational backbone of the go-to-market strategy, focusing on building and optimizing demand generation flows, automating workflows, and reporting systems in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Own building and optimizing the operational flywheel to support the go-to-market motion
- Continuously monitor and optimize paid campaigns across various platforms
- Create and maintain agentic workflows to automate core marketing functions
Required qualifications
- 2-5 years of experience in marketing operations, growth operations, or demand generation
- Hands-on experience with marketing and analytics tools such as HubSpot and Google Ads
- Strong appetite for AI-native workflows and a desire to build agent-based systems
- Basic project management experience with the ability to execute tasks end to end
- Comfort with light technical work and a willingness to learn new skills, including Git
