Job Summary
To support a growing go-to-market strategy, the full-time Marketing Operations Specialist will build automated systems and workflows, optimize demand generation, and manage day-to-day marketing operations in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Translate strategy into repeatable, ideally automated operational workflows
- Build and optimize demand generation flows across various channels
- Design and maintain reporting systems that provide actionable insights for leadership
Required qualifications
- 2 to 5 years of experience in marketing operations, growth operations, or a related field
- Hands-on experience with marketing and analytics tools such as HubSpot and Google Ads
- Strong interest in AI-native workflows and building agent-based processes
- Basic project management experience with the ability to execute tasks end to end
- Comfort with light technical work and tools like GitHub
