Job Summary
To support a dynamic marketing team, the full-time remote Marketing Operations Specialist will manage and execute marketing campaigns across platforms, ensuring data integration and optimizing processes to enhance lead generation and campaign performance.
Key responsibilities
- Execute and optimize marketing campaigns, including audience segmentation and workflow automation
- Ensure data accuracy and seamless lead flow by managing system integrations and campaign setups
- Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks in campaign execution while monitoring performance metrics
Required qualifications
- 2-3 years of digital/marketing operations experience, preferably in B2B
- Familiarity with Salesforce and HubSpot, with the ability to report on digital channel performance
- Experience managing multiple projects using Asana
- A solution-oriented mindset with a focus on process improvement and automation
- Bachelor's degree
