Job Summary

To support a dynamic marketing team, the full-time remote Marketing Operations Specialist will manage and execute marketing campaigns across platforms, ensuring data integration and optimizing processes to enhance lead generation and campaign performance.

Key responsibilities
  • Execute and optimize marketing campaigns, including audience segmentation and workflow automation
  • Ensure data accuracy and seamless lead flow by managing system integrations and campaign setups
  • Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks in campaign execution while monitoring performance metrics
Required qualifications
  • 2-3 years of digital/marketing operations experience, preferably in B2B
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and HubSpot, with the ability to report on digital channel performance
  • Experience managing multiple projects using Asana
  • A solution-oriented mindset with a focus on process improvement and automation
  • Bachelor's degree
