Job Summary
To enhance a growing marketing technology ecosystem, the remote, contract Marketing Operations Specialist will support marketing campaigns, maintain marketing systems, and improve data quality while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities
- Support marketing campaigns by maintaining audience lists, workflows, and system integrations
- Assist with the administration and optimization of marketing technology platforms, including CRM and automation tools
- Monitor and maintain data quality across marketing systems to ensure accurate lead routing and reporting
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3-5+ years of experience in Marketing Operations, Marketing Technology, or CRM Administration
- Experience working with Salesforce CRM
- Experience with at least one marketing automation platform such as Marketo, Pardot, HubSpot, or Eloqua
- Familiarity with campaign tracking, lead management, and marketing reporting
