Job Summary
To support a mission-driven organization, the full-time remote Marketing Operations Specialist will lead the design and optimization of data-driven campaigns and customer journeys, utilizing advanced Salesforce Marketing Cloud expertise and collaborating across marketing, sales, analytics, and IT teams.
Key responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional collaboration to design sophisticated, data-driven multi-step campaigns and customer journeys
- Serve as an advanced power user for Salesforce Marketing Cloud, building complex journeys and ensuring compliance with data regulations
- Develop A/B testing frameworks and manage segmentation architecture, ensuring data integrity and optimizing campaign operations
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Information Technology, or related field
- 4+ years of experience in a B2B marketing environment supporting digital campaigns
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Proficiency in data analysis, SQL querying, and data visualization
- Active involvement in an evangelical Christian church
