Job Summary
To support the mission of advancing ministry efforts, the full-time remote Marketing Operations Specialist will lead the design and optimization of data-driven campaigns, ensuring compliance and personalization while collaborating with marketing, sales, and IT teams.
Key responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional collaboration to design sophisticated, data-driven multi-step campaigns and customer journeys
- Serve as the advanced power user for Salesforce Marketing Cloud, building complex journeys and automation logic
- Monitor compliance with regulations and develop testing frameworks to identify optimization opportunities
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Information Technology, or related field
- 4+ years of experience in a B2B marketing environment supporting digital campaigns
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Proficiency in data analysis and SQL querying
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives independently
