Job Summary

• Analyze performance gaps and implement strategies to enhance volume and retention

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in marketing, partnerships, business development, or a related growth-focused role
• Experience in mortgage, financial services, or a JV/partnership-driven environment preferred
• Proven track record of driving growth initiatives and improving performance metrics
• Strong understanding of onboarding, retention, and lifecycle strategies
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with CRM platforms
