Job Summary
Marketing Pipeline Manager is a full-time role responsible for owning the strategy, execution, and optimization of demand generation programs to drive high-quality opportunities for Sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and manage the overall pipeline generation strategy across marketing channels
- Optimize programs for ROI, conversion, and scale, ensuring alignment with Sales
- Analyze pipeline performance and make data-driven investment decisions across various channels
Required Qualifications
- 8-10 years in demand generation, growth, or pipeline marketing roles with 4-5 years in leadership positions
- Proven track record of delivering pipeline or revenue-oriented marketing goals
- Experience with HubSpot for campaign management and funnel analysis
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies
- Experience managing agencies and working collaboratively with cross-functional teams
