Marketing Process Excellence Manager

Job Summary

Driving marketing process excellence, the full-time Marketing Workflow & Process Excellence Manager will lead the strategy, governance, implementation, and optimization of marketing workflow processes and technologies in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and develop a team of Workfront Administrators and marketing process professionals to align with organizational objectives
• Own the administration and optimization of Adobe Workfront and related technologies, establishing best practices and governance processes
• Lead the design and implementation of marketing processes and workflow solutions to enhance operational efficiency and continuous improvement

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in business process improvement, workflow management, and project management
• 2+ years of people leadership experience driving organizational initiatives
• Experience with enterprise workflow platforms such as Adobe Workfront
• Strong knowledge of process improvement methodologies, including Agile, Lean, and Six Sigma
