Job Summary
A company is looking for a Marketing Program Coordinator to drive the planning and execution of marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage project timelines, dependencies, and stakeholders across various marketing programs
- Provide project status updates, risks, and recommendations to stakeholders
- Establish and improve workflows, templates, and best practices across the marketing team
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
- 3-5 years of project coordination/management experience, preferably in customer or B2B marketing
- Understanding of Salesforce for tracking and reports is ideal
- Experience with project management tools and Agile, PMP, or similar certification is a plus
- Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills
