Job Summary

Teaching a variety of marketing courses, the part-time Business Career Program Adjunct Instructor will plan and deliver in-class instruction, facilitate project-based learning, and evaluate student progress while working in Worcester, MA.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare lesson plans and deliver lectures for courses in marketing and sales
• Evaluate and monitor student progress using various assessment tools
• Organize field outings for student enrichment and participate in program improvement committees

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in business administration with a marketing emphasis or related field
• Two years of related work experience or specialized training may be considered if the degree is not in a directly related field
• Experience in teaching or facilitating project-based learning
• Ability to engage students and support their academic growth
• Commitment to professional development and staying current in teaching practices
