Job Summary
Seeking a highly organized and proactive Marketing Program Manager, the full-time remote position will drive cross-functional execution across product launches, marketing campaigns, partnerships, and key business priorities while ensuring alignment among stakeholders and timely project completion.
Key responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end launch timelines for product launches and marketing initiatives, coordinating across various teams
- Maintain integrated marketing and product development calendars, tracking milestones and deliverables
- Build scalable workflows and improve cross-functional communication to enhance organizational efficiency
Required qualifications:
- 4-7+ years in project management, program management, or marketing operations
- Experience in a high-growth DTC, ecommerce, or consumer brand environment
- Strong expertise with project management tools such as Asana, Monday, or Airtable
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence without direct authority
- Highly organized with a proven ability to operate in ambiguity and build processes from scratch
