Job Summary
Marketing Program Manager, a full-time position focused on leading demand generation strategies for the SMB and mid-market segments, utilizing digital marketing channels such as paid search, SEO, and LinkedIn ads to drive qualified leads and improve conversion rates.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the inbound demand generation strategy and web experience for Direct Solutions, focusing on lead conversion and messaging optimization
- Develop and execute quarterly campaign plans, collaborating with sales and creative teams to enhance prospect engagement
- Track performance metrics and optimize marketing efforts based on sales feedback and conversion data
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in B2B product marketing, demand generation, or digital marketing strategy, preferably in tech, SaaS, or fintech
- Exceptional writing skills with the ability to create compelling copy for various marketing channels
- Strong creative judgment and experience collaborating with creative teams to produce effective marketing materials
- Working knowledge of paid search, SEO, and LinkedIn ads to effectively partner with demand generation teams
- BA in marketing, business, or a related field
