Job Summary
Leading complex digital programs, the full-time Marketing Program Manager will manage cross-functional initiatives from concept to implementation, ensuring alignment across teams while working in a flexible or remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead portfolio-level orchestration for digital programs, managing all phases from initiation to closing
- Establish and maintain delivery governance, ensuring initiatives meet readiness standards prior to launch
- Proactively identify and manage cross-team dependencies, risks, and readiness for program success
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of program and project management experience in enterprise environments
- Proven track record managing multiple large, concurrent programs across business applications and marketing technology
- Experience leading cross-functional programs with stakeholders from Product, Engineering, and Marketing
- Exceptional executive communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience integrating AI into work processes and decision-making
