Job Summary

Leading complex digital programs, the full-time Marketing Program Manager will manage cross-functional initiatives from concept to implementation, ensuring alignment across teams while working in a flexible or remote environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead portfolio-level orchestration for digital programs, managing all phases from initiation to closing
  • Establish and maintain delivery governance, ensuring initiatives meet readiness standards prior to launch
  • Proactively identify and manage cross-team dependencies, risks, and readiness for program success
Required Qualifications
  • 7+ years of program and project management experience in enterprise environments
  • Proven track record managing multiple large, concurrent programs across business applications and marketing technology
  • Experience leading cross-functional programs with stakeholders from Product, Engineering, and Marketing
  • Exceptional executive communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience integrating AI into work processes and decision-making
