Job Summary

Driving the build and launch of a learning hub website for educators, the freelance Marketing Program Manager will manage agencies, oversee content alignment, and ensure project delivery for 10,000-12,000 school districts while working remotely from the Pacific Time Zone.

Key responsibilities:
  • Managing agencies and writing agency briefs
  • Reviewing content for brand alignment and overseeing site build and launch according to deadlines
  • Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to manage end-to-end operations
Required qualifications:
  • 5-7 years of marketing program management experience in tech, with end-to-end tactical and operational expertise
  • Experience in the education industry is a plus
  • Proven ability to work with agencies and write accurate briefs
  • Strong presentation skills with the ability to distill complex information
  • Fluency in Spanish is a plus
