Job Summary

A company is looking for a Marketing Program Manager IV.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make business cases for proposed incentive programs, evaluate ROI, and streamline agreement structures
• Lead post-implementation analysis of incentive programs and manage partner payouts
• Develop processes to improve efficiency of payouts and tools

Required Qualifications:

• Understanding of partnership deal structures and cost modeling
• Experience in making recommendations to senior leaders based on business prospects and risks
• Ability to run business reviews, implement business processes, and create tool recommendations
• Experience working in highly matrixed environments
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
