Job Summary

Owning the National Advertising Program, the full-time Marketing Program Specialist will manage dealer engagement, program administration, and media coordination while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer the National Advertising Program, including dealer onboarding and maintaining program documentation
  • Serve as the primary contact for dealer inquiries, facilitating communication and support for program details and updates
  • Coordinate with media agencies to monitor campaign spending and reconcile budgets, while generating performance reports for internal leadership
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
  • 2-4 years of experience in marketing program coordination, advertising operations, or customer success
  • Familiarity with CRM or lead management platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel; experience with Google Workspace is a plus
  • Experience working with or supporting franchise, dealer, or partner networks preferred
