Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Execute recruitment marketing initiatives to attract and engage talent
• Manage content across social media and digital channels, including content calendars and engagement metrics
• Support the enhancement of the Careers page and assist in planning marketing and recruiting events

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
• Strong interest in recruitment marketing and social media
• Able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Internship or part-time experience in marketing or communications is preferred
• Familiarity with social media platforms or content tools is a plus
