Job Summary
To support a focused, high-impact marketing team, the full-time remote Marketing Programs Manager will manage event logistics, oversee website content and performance, and direct content production while ensuring marketing operations are efficient and measurable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source, plan, manage, and execute a full calendar of marketing events, ensuring flawless logistics and measuring event ROI
- Serve as the day-to-day owner of website content updates and maintenance, coordinating with design agencies for optimal performance
- Direct the content production pipeline, prioritizing production against marketing goals and maintaining brand consistency
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in marketing programs, marketing operations, or events, ideally in a B2B or technology environment
- Proven track record managing events end to end, including logistics and budgets
- Hands-on experience with website/CMS management and marketing automation/CRM tools
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple workstreams and deadlines
- Analytical mindset with experience using data to measure and improve program performance
