Job Summary
Owning the end-to-end webinars and events program, the full-time Marketing Programs Manager will manage strategy, budget, and execution to drive pipeline and generate leads in a fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the full program calendar for webinars and events, balancing owned and sponsored formats
- Oversee program budget, including vendor negotiations and ROI optimization
- Set lead generation targets, track performance, and ensure timely delivery of leads to the pipeline
Required qualifications
- 6-8+ years of experience in B2B marketing focused on programs and demand generation
- Proven experience managing a webinar or events program end-to-end
- Experience working within a budget and reporting on ROI
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
- Data-driven approach with excellent project management capabilities
