Job Summary

Building a comprehensive marketing programs strategy, the full-time Marketing Programs Manager will manage event execution, webinars, and industry association relationships while working remotely to drive pipeline growth and establish vendor partnerships.

Key responsibilities
  • Develop and execute the annual industry event strategy, including evaluating conferences and managing logistics for sponsorships and on-site activities
  • Oversee the webinar calendar, ensuring professional execution and effective follow-up with sales teams
  • Act as the operational liaison for industry associations, managing memberships and identifying co-marketing opportunities
Required qualifications
  • 5-8 years of experience in B2B field, events, or programs marketing at a SaaS or information-services company
  • Domain fluency in regulated industries, with experience marketing to regulatory, quality, compliance, or R&D audiences
  • Proven negotiation skills with event organizers and vendors
  • Experience executing programs across multiple regions, including APAC, Europe, and/or North America
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and marketing automation platforms, along with project management tools
