Job Summary
To support a strategic corporate rebranding initiative, the remote Marketing Project Coordinator will manage day-to-day project tasks across two primary rebrand workstreams, ensuring deliverables meet critical milestones through detailed project tracking and asset management.
Key responsibilities:
- Track, manage, and execute granular project tasks for rebrand workstreams to meet milestones
- Partner with the Rebrand Project Manager to track dependencies and update project plans
- Oversee the Digital Asset Management platform to ensure assets are organized and ready for launch
Required qualifications:
- 4+ years of project coordination or integrated marketing experience within Insurance, Financial Services, or Banking
- Proven experience in corporate rebranding or large-scale marketing implementation
- High proficiency with project management tools like Smartsheet and collaboration platforms such as Microsoft Teams
- Exceptional attention to detail and a collaborative attitude in a distributed team environment
