Marketing Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Marketing Project Manager (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Drive complex rebrand projects from initiation to completion within a formal PMO structure
• Build and maintain rigorous project plans in Smartsheet, tracking scope, schedule, risks, and dependencies
• Own all project documentation using Confluence and PMO templates

Required Qualifications

• Prior experience in the insurance sector
• Strong foundation in PMI/Waterfall frameworks and traditional project governance
• Proven track record working within a structured PMO using standardized processes
• Ability to operate independently with minimal day-to-day direction
• Proficiency in Smartsheet, Confluence, and Microsoft 365 suite
