Job Summary

To support critical compliance communications projects, the remote contract Marketing Project Manager will manage the end-to-end delivery of Medicare enrollment kits and direct mail campaigns, ensuring timely and accurate materials while coordinating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end process for enrollment communications, including printed and online materials
• Oversee the creation of over 1,000 different iterations of enrollment kits, considering regional and translated versions
• Utilize an automation tool for the entry and management of enrollment kit data, with a strong focus on data accuracy

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in project management, preferably in marketing communications within the healthcare industry
• Proficiency with Microsoft Power Apps is required
• A Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, or a related field is preferred
