Job Summary
Focused on delivering impactful marketing campaigns, the remote Marketing Project Manager will manage end-to-end campaign execution, coordinate creative production timelines, and ensure alignment across multiple teams while leveraging AI tools for operational efficiency.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee campaign delivery from brief to launch and post-mortem analysis
- Manage creative production timelines for digital ads, emails, landing pages, and user-generated content
- Coordinate go-to-market strategies for launches, seasonal pushes, and new channel rollouts
Required qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in marketing operations, project management, or campaign management within DTC, SaaS, or health brands
- Demonstrated ability to run parallel campaigns across paid, organic, email, and CRM channels
- Experience with AI tooling for automating processes such as brief templates or status reports
- Strong written English communication skills for asynchronous coordination
- Familiarity with project management tools like Asana, Notion, or Monday.com
